Manchester Police/Fire: No charges filed in Summer Street incident

Manchester Police/Fire

MANCHESTER — Police responded to a report of an alleged assault on Summer Street at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday.

No charges, however, were filed. Police said they simply explained their rights to both parties.

An elderly female resident of The Plains was transported by the Manchester Fire department’s ambulance corps to Beverly Hospital at 8:52 a.m. Friday morning.
