Gloucester Police/Fire: Police nab pedestrian on warrant

Gloucester Police/Fire

Police arrested a 21-year-old man from out-of-town on a warrant after a patrolling officer looking for the man found him walking along Washington Street near the Grove Street intersection.

Thomas B. Grennan, the man who was arrested, provided police with addresses in both Brockton and Salem, according to the police report.

After police arrested Grennan, an officer found that he was carrying a small amount of marijuana, and an officer used the marijuana as a training tool for a police dog.
