Manchester Police/Fire: Multiple cars crash on Route 128

MANCHESTER — Massachusetts State police are investigating the cause of a three-car accident Wednesday morning.

At 9:20 a.m. Wednesday, police responded to the accident on Route 128 south bound between School and Pine Streets. Police said nobody was injured, but one car had to be towed from the area.

Around 1:30 p.m., a female Highland Avenue resident was transported to Beverly Hospital.

At 1:44 p.m. a female School Street resident was transported to Beverly Hospital.
