Gloucester Police/Fire: Trash dispute draws city police

Gloucester Police/Fire

A Shepherd Street property manager told police that her neighbor had left a large bag of garbage on her property Wednesday about 4 p.m., according to police.

The woman said the trash dumping has been an ongoing issue, and the property manager already had the trash taken away, according to police. Police told the woman to leave the trash for police to inspect if the dumping happens again.
