ROCKPORT — Inclement weather led to slippery road conditions and at least one accident Wednesday.
Bad road conditions were reported to the Department of Public Works at 5:35 a.m. Wednesday.
Later that morning, at 9:36 a.m., a plow truck driver, employed by the DPW, was involved in a minor accident with another motorist at DPW Way.
Police said the accident resulted in minor damage with no injuries, with both drivers exchanging insurance information.
At 9 a.m. yesterday, a male Beach Street resident was transported to Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester.
