Essex Police/Fire: Landlord reports rent dispute

ESSEX — A landlord of a Water Street property contacted police Monday at 11:36 a.m., saying she wanted it on record that she was having a dispute with her tenants about the rent.

Police said the woman is also seeking legal advice, but officers took no action.
