---- — MANCHESTER — A Manchester resident filed a complaint with a detective about a case of alleged identity theft around 3:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Officers are continuing to investigate the case.
National Grid was notified about power outages in the Brook Street area around 6:15 a.m. Tuesday.
