GLOUCESTER — Police arrested a 44-year-old homeless man on an active warrant after finding the man drinking two bottles of mouthwash outside of the Fitz Hugh Lane House on Harbor Loop Wednesday about 6:53 a.m.
Police said they found William P. Paige “highly intoxicated” on the house’s steps, still drinking the mouthwash, and officers arrested him on the warrant.
A manager at the Main Street Walgreen’s told police that Paige had bought two bottles and began drinking one bottle before leaving the store, according to police.
Police arrested Joshua S. Boulay, 27, on two outstanding warrants Tuesday, after police received a tip that Boulay was staying at an Elwell Street residence. Police did not indicated the nature of the charges on the warrants.
Paul A. Scuderi, 45, of Millet Street was arrested on Millet Street after he allegedly violated a restraining order Tuesday about 6:46 p.m., according to police.
