Essex Police/Fire: Harassing phone calls reported

ESSEX — Police said a Main Street resident reported harassing phone calls with another resident Tuesday morning just after 8 a.m.

Police advised the Main Street resident to seek a court order.

Police responded to a medical call at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday on Story Street, but crews found there was no medical transport needed.

Police said a fire alarm was set off on Chebacco Terrace at 6:32 p.m. Tuesday due to some cooking in one of the units.
