MANCHESTER — These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled in the town of Manchester this week:

Tuesday

Board of Selectmen, 5:30 p.m., Town Hall Room 5. Discussion about assessors’ warrant articles, library grant agreement, public hearing about MEEP Stretch Energy Code warrant article, cycle for life request and correspondence, letters from Board of Assessors to Manchester Housing Authority, Verizon proposal for wireless facility at water tank site.

Wednesday

Cultural Council, 6:45 p.m., Seaside One.

Finance Committee, 7:30 p.m., Town Hall Room 5.

Thursday

Board of Health, 8:15 a.m., Town Hall Room 5.

Historic District Commission, 7 p.m., Town Hall Room 5.
