Manchester Police/Fire: Brother reports man yelling in streets

MANCHESTER — An "unruly person" was reportedly yelling and making obscene gestures at motorists on School Street at 8:25 p.m. Tuesday.

According to police, the man's brother came into the police station to report what was going on, telling officers that he was afraid to go home.

When officers responded to the intersection of School and Lincoln streets, the man was gone, they said.

Police told the brother to call if anything happened, but no call was received.
