Manchester Police/Fire: Woman faces domestic assault charge

MANCHESTER — Police arrested a Manchester woman at her Masconomo Street home Sunday night after receiving a call about a verbal domestic issue.

Donna Dussault, 56, was charged with domestic assault and battery after police first responded to a verbal argument, then fund the incident had become a domestic assault Sunday at around 7 p.m.

Police arrested a Manchester woman on a warrant Monday just after 8 a.m.

Police arrested Elaine Nichols at her home on Bridge Street. Police said the warrant was for a probation violation.

On Monday around 1 a.m., police officers noticed graffiti on the “Entering Manchester-by-the-Sea” sign on Bridge Street.

Police responded to a verbal altercation Friday night just after 6. Police said, however that peace at the Summer Street residence was restored.

A Highland Avenue resident was transported to Beverly Hospital Friday, just after 4 p.m.

Saturday at 10:17 a.m., a Summer Street resident was also transported to Beverly Hospital, police said.
