---- — GLOUCESTER — A camper, and its occupant, parked on Rocky Neck were the subject of several complaints made to police.

Police said an officer had gone to check on the situation after police issued the man a citation for inactive registration on the vehicle Saturday about 4:28 p.m. The officer spoke to a 62-year-old man, who said he had been living in the camper parked at Rocky Neck for three weeks. The man told the officer he planned to move on, after he was issued a citation for inactive registration on the vehicle.

The man told police he would activate the registration by Sunday, then move on to park in a friend’s yard in the Bay View area.

A Proctor Street man told told police that someone had stolen his wheelbarrow from the back of his truck when he went inside his home.

Police said the Proctor Street man flagged down an officer driving by Friday about 12:32 p.m., to report the gray, two-wheeled wheelbarrow as stolen.

Police had no immediate suspects, according to the report.
