---- — Police issued citations to three vehicle owners Thursday morning for leaving vehicles with expired registrations or issues with the vehicles being unregistered and uninsured.

A citation for expired registration was mailed to Mayra A. Casillas-Ramirez, a 32-year-old Mt. Vernon Street resident, after police had Tally’s tow her vehicle from Patriot’s Circle, according to police.

Charges of leaving an uninsured and unregistered vehicle on a public Gloucester road were levied against Thomas A. Walsh, a 44-year-old Rockport resident, after a license plate reader machine notified police of the vehicle’s status.

A vehicle belonging to Loretta Peres, 52, was towed from where it was parked near her Patriots Circle home Thursday morning, after police found the vehicle’s registration had expired and issued a citation to Peres for the violation.
