The City Hall hearing hosted by the state’s Department of Environmental Protection over Gloucester’s proposal to use the I-4, C-2 site for paid parking will be Thursday at 5 p.m. Due to an editing error, the day of the hearing was inadvertently omitted from Tuesday’s story.
