ESSEX — These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled in Essex this week:

Monday

Town Hall will be closed in recognition of Columbus Day.

Tuesday

Conservation Commission, 7:30 p.m. TOHP Burnham Library.

Wednesday

Public Safety Study Committee, 7 p.m. fire station.

Planning Board, 7:30 p.m., Essex Elementary School. Agenda includes board discussion of Centennial Grove Committee, Community Preservation Committee, Building Committee, Conomo Point Committee, Long Term Planning Committee, potential projects, Town Meeting discussion, upcoming public hearings on Nov. 6, new applications.

Thursday

Finance Committee, 6 p.m., Essex Elementary School. Capital budget update, budget update, Conomo Point update.

Community Preservation Committee, 7:30 p.m., Essex Senior Center.

Friday

Historical Commission, 8:30 a.m., TOHP Burnham library.
