ROCKPORT — These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled in Rockport this week:


Rights of Way Committee, 6:30 p.m., Town Hall, conference room A.


Cultural Council, 4 p.m., Rockport Public Library. Review grant applications, assign roles of distribution letters.

Selectmen, 6 p.m., Town Hall conference room A. Finance Committee appointment, new hires, police detail rates, approval of merit bonuses, grant agreements, beach parks and regulation agreement, Long Beach sediment transport study agreement, plowing private roads, winter parking ban, flag protocol policy, selectmen liaison assignments.

Board of Assessors, 6 p.m., Town Hall, assessors office.

Board of Appeals, 7:30 p.m., Rockport Public Library. Petition of Three Keys Group LLC to change the use of the Cape Hedge Inn from an inn to an apartment, petition of Seaward Inn Inc. to turn the Seaward Inn from an inn into an apartment, minute approval, new and old business.


Conservation Commission workshop, 7 p.m., Town Hall Annex.
