Essex Police/Fire: Security eyed at John Wise business

ESSEX — A man who went into the police station at 3:15 p.m. Monday reported that a light on the outside of his John Wise Avenue business had been broken.

The man said he was concerned for the safety of his building, and police are investigating.

Police said they are conducting an ongoing investigation of alleged "intimidation" over residency issues. Police, however, had no further information on the case.
