Manchester Police/Fire: Woburn man facing drug charges

MANCHESTER — A Woburn man is facing drug charges after he was stopped for alleged suspicious activity in the Richdale’s parking lot on Beach Street Tuesday at 9:42 p.m.

Police arrested Stephen Latorella, 35 of Garden Street in Woburn for operating under the influence of drugs, possession of Class B and E narcotics, being Suboxone and Xanax.

Police said he could not pay the $40 personal recognizance bail and was transported to Salem District Court.

Wednesday just before 4 p.m., police said trash barrels rolled onto Route 128 northbound. The barrels were removed without incident, police said.
