Rockport Police/Fire: Lifeguard's surfboard taken form residence

ROCKPORT — Police received a call Monday at 3 p.m., reporting the theft of a lifeguard surfboard.

The board was allegedly stollen from an Old Garden Road residence over the weekend, police said. Officers are investigating.

Police asked the Department of Public Works to clear horse manure from Atlantic Avenue on Monday, after a caller reported the manure in the roadway to police about 1:46 p.m.
