Rockport Police/Fire

ROCKPORT — A Lynn man was arrested on a license charge Wednesday around 7:10 p.m. after being stopped on Broadway.

Roderico Lopez-Juarez, 35, of Rogers Avenue, was stopped for speeding and faces a charge of operating a motor vehicle without a license and providing a false document — his license — to police.

A South Street woman called police Tuesday around 12:30 p.m. to report a man standing in her yard. Police checked the area, but could not find anyone.

Police assisted a Granite Street resident who became locked out of the house Tuesday just after 1:30 p.m.
