ROCKPORT — These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled in the town of Rockport this week:


Rights of Way Committee, 7 p.m., Town Hall, Conference Room A. Management reports, old business about Halibut Point and Pigeon Hill, old business.


Council on Aging, 6 p.m., Police Station.

Board of Health, 6:30 p.m., Town Hall Annex. Applecart Road horse complaint, mosquito control update, housing violations.

Selectmen, 7 p.m., Town Hall Conference Room A. Open fall Town Meeting warrant, street performer licenses, SCUBA diving lesson permission, committee appointments and resignations, Community House rules and regulations, Parking and Transportation Committee, online sales tax resolution, Cape Ann Tool Company discussion.


Millbrook Meadow Committee, 7 p.m., Rockport Public Library. Report of recent events such as dogs without leashes, tree planting, status of CPC application, sign status.

Conservation Commission, 7 p.m., Town Hall Conference Room A. Continued hearing about Cape Ann Tool Company LLC, review orders of condition for various sites.
