MANCHESTER — A woman reported her husband, who, she said, is sometimes confused, appeared to be missing Thursday about 3:15 p.m.
The man, however, was later located; he had left to walk to a boat in Masconomo Park, and his wife reported him missing when she was unable to contact him, police said.
