Essex hosting youth triathlon

ESSEX — The fifth annual Essex Youth Triathlon kicks off Saturday, Aug. 3, at 9:30 a.m. in Essex. Youth of all abilities, ages 5 to 15, are invited to swim in Chebacco Lake, and run and bike in Centennial Grove. Volunteers and donations needed. $25 per child, $50 maximum per family.
