---- — MANCHESTER — At least five drivers found that their cars weren’t where they parked them Sunday.

Starting around noon Sunday, police enforced the no parking policy on various streets in Manchester. As a result about five cars were towed.

A vehicle was reported Saturday at 4:12 p.m. to be leaking oil on Beach Street. Police said the vehicle was towed from the area and the oil was cleaned up.

Friday at 9:22 p.m., officers spoke with Singing Beach patrons who had a permit for a fire. Police reminded them there was no drinking on the beach.
