---- — ROCKPORT — A truck for a gutter cleaning company hit a low hanging branch and took it down on Seagull Street at 9:50 a.m. on Monday, but the driver escaped injury and there was just minor damage to the truck.

Police said the driver moved the branch to the side of the road after the accident, and the Department of Public Works was notified.
