Manchester Police/Fire: Gloucester resident facing charges

Manchester Police/Fire

MANCHESTER — A Gloucester resident was stopped on Pine Street late Wednesday night and charged with driving without a license.

Other motorists had called police to report that Kyle English, 19, of 2 Heath Heights was driving erratically. He was charged at the scene and his court date was set for today.

Police responded to Atwater Avenue at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday after receiving a call that a tree was down and blocking the roadway. The responding officer, however, reported that the tree was on the side of the road upon arrival at the scene.
