Animal Control Board, 5 p.m., Town Hall, Room 5.

Conservation Commission, 7 p.m., Town Hall, Room 5. Public hearings for Manchester Department of Public Works request for water main work on Mill Street, and town-wide maintenance; Windover Construction, 21, 25 and 27 Smith's Point Road; Peter Canny, 38 School St.; Hamid Shirkhan, 15 Smith's Point Road, appeal remanded back to commission; enforcements and violations concerning Colby West, 21 Proctor St.; Manchester Essex Memorial School Building Committee, 56, 158 and 160 Pine St.; old and new business; repair of beaver deceiver in Manchester Essex Woods; other business.

Thursday

Library Trustees, 10:30 a.m., Manchester Public Library, reference room.
