In Monday’s police notes, it was reported that Mary Padgett, 42, of 20 Patriots Circle was arrested on charges of assault and battery, after she allegedly pushed a man on Veterans Way. Padgett was not arrested, but police did seek criminal complaints against her for assault and battery, according to the incident report. The Times also said Padgett was 60, she is 42, according to the report.
