A caption for a photo that accompanied Tuesday’s story about storm damage across Cape Ann indicated that the Rockport Department of Public Works was repairing the damaged seawall at Front Beach. In fact, that cleanup for that site is being covered privately by the homeowner because that portion of the seawall is on private, not town, property, according to town officials.

A caption for a photo of a golfer on Tuesday’s front page misidentified the club where Miles Wood was practicing. It was the Essex County Club in Manchester.
