Rockport Police/Fire: Alarm sounds at high school

ROCKPORT — An alarm was raised Tuesday at Rockport High School, off Jerden’s Lane, bringing police to the school.

Police said a burglar alarm sounded at 3:47 p.m. at the school, but when officers arrived, they found the building to be secure.

Monday just before 2 p.m., police assisted an Irvana Road resident off the floor following a bad fall.
