Essex Police/Fire: Resident locks keys in car

ESSEX — Maybe he was in a rush to get work, but for one resident the start of the morning commute may have run a little late.

The resident locked his keys inside his car Tuesday morning and called police at 5:19. Police advised the resident to call the American Automobile Association.
