---- — Police on patrol arrested a 50-year-old Green Street man for the second time in five days after they saw the man, Raymond C. Belliveau, walking by the train tracks on Railroad Avenue and recognized him as having an outstanding warrant for his arrest, according to police.

Belliveau was also arrested on Friday at Addison Gilbert Hospital on charges of drunken driving, trespassing at the hospital, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and drinking in public, according to the police report from that incident.

Police said that Belliveau’s vehicle had run out of gas that day as he entered the hospital parking lot, and he then allegedly walked into the hospital while smoking a cigarette and drinking alcohol from a bottle and began “harassing” patrons for money in the hospital cafeteria, according to the police report.

Belliveau also allegedly attempted to hit a police officer and refused to submit to officers as they handcuffed him, police said.

Police responding to a report of a domestic assault and battery at the Captain’s Lodge motel on Eastern Avenue, made no arrest for assault and battery but did arrest a woman on an outstanding warrant for shoplifting out of Salem District Court.

Aimee M. Shea, a 28-year-old Friend Street resident, denied having been a victim of assault and battery then was arrested on the warrant, police said.

A third party had reported the assault and battery, and Shea told police the accused man was not even at the house, though the third party said that man ran as officers arrived, according to the police report.

A Maplewood Avenue woman reported to police that 40 pills from her prescription of Klonopin missing Tuesday about 2:19 p.m. Police said there were no suspects and the woman noted she had to report the missing pills for her doctor to refill the prescription.
