A Concord Street man was arrested at Addison Gilbert Hospital on Tuesday morning after he reportedly yelled at an employee and then refused to leave the building.
Theodore Dagostino, 71, was charged with trespassing after the 9:31 a.m. incident.
Then, while in police custody, he allegedly placed a call to a Rockport woman who has a restraining order against him. Police then charged him with violating that order as well.
Fire trucks responded to Plum Cove Elementary School at 5:04 p.m. Monday for a report of smoke.
When firefighters arrived, they found smoke in the boiler room, and were able to solve the problem.
A resident at the Hillcrest Program home on Washington Street reported a resident missing at 11:20 a.m. Tuesday.
Allissa Angeloni has not been seen since 10 a.m. Monday. According to police, she has no local ties but does have friends in Wakefield and may have gone there.
