Officers found him in his sister's house, and, according to police reports, Poole told them he had purchased two $500 debit cards with the money, and spend the rest on food and heroin.

Charges of operating with a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident brought against Andrew Stone, 34, of 111 Washington St., were continued without a finding for a year by Judge Jennings.
According to police, officers responded to Stone's home last July after he allegedly left the scene of a hit-and-run accident. When they arrived, his wife said that she had been driving the vehicle, though the driver who collided with Stone said a man was driving the vehicle.
Stone eventually came out and spoke with police about the accident and admitted he had left the scene because he was driving when his license had been suspended.
Judge Jennings issued a $200 fine Friday to a Magnolia man who was facing charges of failure to stop for an officer and disorderly conduct.
Pietro Cusenza, 23, of 45 Lexington Ave., was charged last March after he failed to stop for police at the intersection of Railroad Avenue and Prospect Street.
When officers attempted to pull him over, he turned onto School Street and continued to drive. Police eventually stopped him further down the street, and found a marijuana grinder in his vehicle.
