MANCHESTER — A 36-year-old Brook Street man was arrested and charged with drunken driving after police initially stopping him for speeding on Summer Street Saturday about 11:20 p.m.

Brian Kelly faces charges of driving negligently to endanger, speeding and violating marked lanes in addition to the drunken driving charge. Kelly was released on bail Sunday morning pending arraignment in Salem District Court Monday.
