Manchester on the agenda

MANCHESTER — These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled in Essex this week:

Monday

Town Hall and Manchester Public Library will be closed in recognition of Labor Day.

Tuesday

Selectmen, 8:30 a.m. Seaside One. Discuss and establish protocols for selectmen — expectations, procedures, etc.; brainstorm and decide on top priority projects for the next nine to 12 months; assign priority projects to each selectmen; assign liasons.

Wednesday

Parks and Recreation Committee, 5:30 p.m., Town Hall Room 7.

Manchester Energy Efficiency Project, 7 p.m., Town Hall Room 5.
