Gloucester District Court

A Gloucester woman was ordered to pay two fines after pleading guilty to charges stemming from two separate incidents.

Christina A. Haight, 31, of 531 Washington St., Gloucester, was ordered by Judge Joseph Jennings to pay $250 in fines after pleading guilty to disorderly conduct charges, stemming from an October 2008 incident.

Haight was also ordered to pay $800 in fines after pleading guilty to charges of driving with a suspended license and receiving stolen property. Those charges stem from a May 2008 incident where police spotted Haight driving on Railroad Avenue without a license. They later learned the license plate on the vehicle, which she said belonged to a friend, was stolen.

Steven J. McDougall, 25, of 10 Amero Court, Gloucester, had charges of assault and battery, witness intimidation and malicious destruction of property or more than $250 dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.

McDougall was charged after an April incident where he allegedly pushed and threatened his girlfriend.
