MANCHESTER — These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled in Manchester this week:


Manchester Essex Regional School District School Committee Subcommittee on Elementary Facilities, 9 to 10 a.m., School District School Central Office, 36 Lincoln St., Manchester. Planning for Fiscal 2014 and Academic Configuration Task Force Planning, document revisions, distribution schedule.


Conservation Commission, 6:30 p.m., Town Hall, Room 5. Public Hearings: Windover Elm Street Properties LLC for 2 Elm St.; Matthew Genta and Caroline Darbyshire for 1 Boardman Ave.; Cherrie Lamphear for 1 Harold St; Gregory and Catherine Crockett for 7 Tucks Point Road; Hamid Shirkhan for 15 Smith’s Point Road. Old and new business. Chebacco Woods Land Management Committee vote to retain Ralph Smith.


Zoning Board of Appeals, 7 p.m., Town Hall, Room 5. Public hearings for request of Mr. and Mrs. Peter D’Andrea for a special permit to replace the existing single-family dwelling with a new dwelling at 385 Summer St.; and application of Matthew Genta for a variance to construct a first- and second-floor addition to the existing house and a garage at the rear of the lot at 1 Boardman Ave.
