Robin O. Smith-Ellis, 46, of 12 Acacia St., Gloucester, had a charge of disorderly conduct dismissed by Judge Ellen Flatley in Gloucester District Court Tuesday upon the payment of $200 in court costs.
Smith-Ellis was arrested in August after police were called to a Fort Square home following reports of a fight.
