Manchester Police/Fire: LaRouche protesters within rights

MANCHESTER — Police responded to two complaints about political demonstrators taking over the parking lot on Beach Street on Tuesday.

Police received the complaints at 11:30 a.m. and 1:20 p.m.

When police arrived, they found the demonstrators, followers of Lyndon LaRouche, walking on the sidewalk. Police determined, however, they were not creating a disturbance.
