MANCHESTER — Municipal meetings that are open to the public and scheduled this week in Manchester:

Tuesday

Conservation Commission, 9 a.m., Town Hall, Room 5. Carroll Cabot, 1 Tuck's Point Road, request for Certificate of Compliance; James Carney, 77 Forest St., request for extension to Order of Conditions; Manchester Essex Memorial School, 55 Lincoln St., approval of final plans per special condition. Hearing on town Department of Public Works town-wide maintenance plan; Cheever's Common and uses of commission properties.

Public Safety Ad Hoc Committee, 6:30 p.m., Town Hall, Room 7.

Wednesday

Zoning Board of Appeals, 7 p.m., Town Hall, Room 5.

Thursday

Library Trustees, 10:30 a.m., Manchester Public Library, Reference Room.
