Manchester Police/Fire: Gloucester man nabbed on warrants in Manchester

MANCHESTER — Police arrested Noah Lauredant, 20, of Prospect Street in Gloucester, on two outstanding warrants while the man was walking in Maconomo Park on Sunday at 8:51 p.m.

Manchester police did not detail the charge in the warrants.

Trashbags were reported in the road on Route 128 at 4:12 p.m. Saturday. The state's Department of Transportation was notified and responded to remove the bags.

At 2:13 a.m. Monday, a man walking on Bridge Street flagged down an officer and told him he had been kicked off the train for not having any money. The man was brought to the station to wait for a ride.

A truck struck a rock wall on Smith's Point at 12:38 p.m. Monday. The driver was not injured, but the truck had to be towed from the scene.

Manchester's Singing Beach went to the dogs on Saturday; police were called twice to remove dogs from the beach.

The first time, at 1 p.m. Saturday, three dogs were reported on the beach, and police asked the two owners to leave the area. Another dog was taken off the beach at 5:12 p.m. Saturday.
