Essex Police/Fire: North Andover man nabbed on warrant

ESSEX — Police arrested Matthew Dulin, 27, of Rocky Brook Road in North Andover, on an outstanding warrant.

Dulin was stopped on Western Avenue at 11:21 a.m. Thursday and subsequently arrested. Police did not disclose the initial charge on the warrant.

A report of smoke coming from the window of a home on Martin Street near Apple Street at 7:21 a.m. Thursday was actually steam from a gas pipe, with no reason for alarm, police said.
