Long Term Planning Committee, 7 p.m., Memorial Fire Station, Martin Street.

School Committee and selectmen, 7 p.m., Manchester Essex Memorial High School auditorium, Manchester. Budget presentation presented to selectmen.

Thursday

Board of Health, 7 p.m., TOHP Burnham Library, Martin Street..
