ESSEX — At 12:38 a.m. Saturday, there was a noise complaint against a Western Avenue establishment. The music was shut down immediately.

An ambulance was called to Route 128 between West Gloucester and Manchester at 11:24 a.m. Saturday, for a minor who passed out in the back of their parent's car. The victim was transported to an area hospital.

At 10:25 p.m. Saturday, Sasha, a cat got stuck in tree off of Tara Road. An officer found a ladder nearby and carried the cat to safety.

At 10:43 p.m. Saturday, a noise complaint was filed for Centennial Road. A live band was playing and they were told to quite down when an officer arrived. But a second call was made at 11:24 p.m. and the band was shut down.

There was a report of a stolen bike at 11:16 a.m. Sunday, on Martin Street.
