ESSEX — A new movie based on the "Twilight" books opened Thursday night, and plenty of fans gathered at TOHP Burnham Library to celebrate.
The event, "New Moon Mania" to welcome the movie "New Moon," started at 6:30 p.m. and featured vampire trivia, treats and prizes for sixth-graders and older teens.
A raffle to win a life-size cutout of book and movie character Edward Cullen was also held. Dina Bila won the raffle and got to take the cutout home with her.
