Manchester Police/Fire: Gloucester man faces drunken driving charge

MANCHESTER — Police arrested a Gloucester man on a charge of drunken driving on Summer Street about 1:20 a.m. Friday, police said.

Andrew Butlett, 31, of 3 Fair St., was stopped by an officer after he was observed failing to keep his vehicle within the marked lanes on the road, police said.

Butlett's vehicle was towed from the scene, police said. Butlett was arraigned in Gloucester District Court later Friday morning.
