Manchester Police/Fire: Lost: One $75K ring on Singing Beach

MANCHESTER — A Manchester woman reported to police Friday that she had lost a wedding ring — valued at approximately $75,000, officers said.

The woman reported at 8:15 p.m. that she had lost the ring earlier that day at Manchester's Singing Beach.

A man was transported via med-flight to a Boston hospital after he fell 20 feet from scaffolding. The man was working on a Raymond Street home and landed on a paved driveway Friday, according to Manchester police.

About 1:09 p.m. a helicopter landed at White Beach and transported the man to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, police said. Police did not identify the injured man, and did not have information about the man's condition as of Monday.
