Pet of the week: Cordova

My name is Cordova and I am at Cape Ann Animal Aid, located at the Christopher Cutler Rich Animal Shelter, 4 Paws Lane in Gloucester. My siblings and I are playful 3-month-old shepherd mixes who are sweet and gentle.

Dog Day will be held Sunday, Sept. 9, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Stage Fort Park in Gloucester. Rain date is Sept. 16. Everyone is talking about how much fun it will be. The event includes a Pet Expo with pet-related vendors, food for sale, games for people and dogs, a bouncy house and more.

Visit www.CapeAnnAnimalAid.com for a listing of adoptable animals, photos of the new shelter and a list of needed items.

I hope to meet you soon. I was the last one born in the litter, but am first to wake up every morning!
